Why Mero Ikooc?

Mero Ikooc was founded by Scott Lawson in 2024 to provide the existing Phoenix Alarm Automation software customers an opportunity to continue using the application after Bold Technologies discontinues support in Q1 2026.  Our team has been providing the highest quality training and technical support to customers throughout the Americas since its release in 2000. Our experienced  professionals are committed to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Why the name Mero Ikooc?  Mero Ikooc is the self-designation used by the Huave indigenous people of Oaxaca, Mexico and translates to "THE TRUE US".  This name fits the Mero Ikooc team perfectly since it is composed of former ABM Data Systems and Bold Technologies employees.
